The venue is luxurious and relaxing, its location is lovely, very close to the cheaper restaurant as well as ferry and old town. The staff are well-trained and genuinely helpful and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Stayed in this property for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our choice. That was relaxing hotel set in pretty nice area, so close to the ferry and Lymington. They gave us a prestige king room with bath and shower. The location was marvellous and stunning and the room was exceptionally clean. Also, Cleveleys Front Promenade was 2 km away.

This hotel was set in a central area really close to the town centre at the beach, the island for many years, and the restaurant for the first time since the new team took over about a year ago. Moreover, it was only a short distance to landmarks, including Yarmouth Gallery. I had superb food for breakfast with excellent green smoothie.

The property was relaxing and good standard with accommodating staff. We were offered enjoyable and delicious breakfasts with barely cooked sausage, excellent green smoothie and half a slice. Everything was perfect during our stay nevertheless disappointing aspect was tiny bathroom. The location was amazing and incredible, very close to the centre of Yarmouth, the ferry and the pier and IOW festival. Plus, you could explore an Anglican church.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating, they made our trip! Besides, the location was stunning for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Yarmouth Pier. Beach bar was there. The services were good. We had an excellent time staying at this venue.
